The Circle is a platform designed for yoga teachers, studios, and events to manage bookings, payments, and client relationships. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. The Circle reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

4. Booking and Payments

All bookings made through The Circle are subject to availability. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refund policies may vary depending on the yoga studio or teacher. Please review individual studio policies before making a booking.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Collect or store personal data about other users without consent

6. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and functionality of The Circle platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.
